Europe's largest PV project is about to start the final phase

Ellomay Capital Holdings Ltd., a subsidiary of Ellomay Luxembourg Holdings Ltd., sold 49% of its Talasol solar projects in Spain for a total of 300 WM to Capital Dynamic Vehicle and FICC.
The two companies spent a total of 1.61 million euros (about 1.82 million US dollars) to buy nearly half of the project share, and correspondingly bear the corresponding debt. In addition, they must abide by the same project funding terms.
The two companies that bought the Talasol project will each receive 24.5% of Ellomay's shares, although Ellomay still holds 51% of the shares. The Talasol photovoltaic power station will be built in the city of Talavan in Caceres, with a total cost of between €2 million and €3 million. The power station project will be funded by the relevant groups led by the Bank of Germany and the European Strategic Investment Foundation.
The power station project will begin operations in the first half of 2020. The success of the sale and purchase of power station projects depends on the conditions of the transaction. If the situation is successful, the sale will be completed on June 30, 2019. With this time approaching, as of December 31, 2018, Talasol 49% of the project will be completed.
Ellomay's CEO said: "With the addition of new partners, Talasol, Europe's largest PV project, will enter the final stage of financial settlement and project construction." This will create an increasingly reasonable ownership structure for the Talasol project.
