Qinghai's "13th Five-Year" Photovoltaic Poverty Alleviation Project starts

On the 27th, the 29.9 MW village-level poverty alleviation photovoltaic power station in Qinghai Province was completed. This is the largest planned village-level photovoltaic poverty alleviation project in Qinghai Province.
The total investment of the 291,000-kilowatt village-level photovoltaic poverty alleviation project in Guoluo State is 1.8975 billion yuan, which is an important part of the “13th Five-Year” village-level photovoltaic poverty alleviation project in Qinghai Province. Covering 63 villages in Malang, Gande, Dari, Banma and Jiuzhi counties, a total of 4,231 households have established poverty-stricken households, each with a corresponding installed capacity of approximately 6.9 kW. The power station is composed of 8 village-level photovoltaic units with a total installed capacity of 291,000 kilowatts. The project was completed and put into operation in June 2019.
According to Ren Nei, director of the Bureau of Poverty Alleviation and Development of Guoluo State, the 291,000-kilowatt village-level photovoltaic poverty alleviation project in Guoluo Prefecture is located in Geduo Village, Dawu Town, Malang County, with a land area of 751 mu, with an estimated annual average generating capacity of 40 million kwh. With a total power generation capacity of 1 billion kWh in 25 years, it can give full play to the advantages of natural resources in Guoluo on the basis of protecting the ecological environment, and provide the poor people with opportunities for entrepreneurship, jobs and stable poverty alleviation funds.
In order to fully support the construction and grid-connected power generation of the 29.1 MW photovoltaic poverty alleviation project in Guoluo State, Guoluo Guoluo Power Supply Company provides the whole process of stalking service from the site investigation, access plan formulation, supporting power grid engineering construction and grid connection acceptance. The construction of the power grid supporting project was started.
According to Chen Jiangbin, director of the construction department of Guoluo Power Supply Company of Guowang, the 291,000-kilowatt village-level poverty alleviation photovoltaic power station in Guoluo State was connected to the Guoluo 330 kV substation with a return of 110 kV, and the total length of the grid line was 38.5 km. Investment of 55.2 million yuan.
